Fingerings

This is my bassoon fingering page running live on my computer so if you try to come back to this page and it isn't there it might be that my computer is switched off or that I have had to run Windoze instead of Linux.

You will need an up to date browser which is able to understand CSS (cascading style sheets). This is needed to overlay the graphics on the page accurately. If you are using Internet Explorer you may find some strange effects with notes, leger lines, keys, etc in the wrong place. Firefox, Opera and Konqueror seem to work properly so why not download one of these free browsers!

The fingerings with a blue border are used in trills and may not be any good on their own.

Instructions:

• Select a note from the drop down box
• Select the octave from the other drop down box
• Click the 'Get fingerings' button.
